Bio Cleaning Netherlands – Website & Subscription Services

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Bio Cleaning Netherlands website and any services you purchase or subscribe to through this website. By using our site or subscribing to our services, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Definitions

"We", "Our", "Us" – Bio Cleaning Netherlands (hereafter "BCN")

"You", "Your" – Any visitor, customer, or subscriber using our website

"Services" – All digital and physical services provided through this website

"Subscription Plan" – Monthly or annual membership plans (e.g. Priority, Priority Plus)

3. Services Offered

Through this website, you can subscribe to membership plans that may include the following:

3.1 Member Benefits

Subscribers may receive:

  • 15% discount on eligible services
  • Free delivery of sanitary products
  • Yearly bonus cleaning (where applicable)
  • 24/7 consultation and emergency support
  • Consumables management
  • Access to VVE support services
3.2 VVE Support Includes:
  • 24/7 emergency cleaning for minor incidents
  • Event/post-party cleanup
  • Accidental spill removal
  • Pet mess/odor cleanup
  • Waste disposal
  • Post-flood cleaning & drying

Subject to technician availability.

4. Subscriptions
  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually and auto-renew unless cancelled 7 days before renewal.
  • Services and discounts are available only while your subscription is active and paid in full.
  • Missed or unused services do not roll over into the next month.
  • You may cancel at any time, but partial refunds are not issued for the current billing cycle.
5. Sanitary Products & Consumables
  • Delivery of sanitary products is free for subscribers within our service area.
  • Non-subscribers may incur delivery fees.
  • Product availability may vary and we reserve the right to substitute comparable alternatives if stock is limited.

If products are restocked or delivered as part of a subscription or standing agreement, and payment is not received within 14 days of invoice, BCN reserves the right to:

  • Suspend further deliveries until payment is received;
  • Add late payment fees as outlined in the invoice;
  • Refer the outstanding balance to a collections agency;
  • Charge a fee of €70 per calendar day for each day the invoice remains unpaid beyond the due date.
6. Emergency Clean-ups
  • Available 24/7 for urgent but non-hazardous incidents.
  • Rapid response is subject to availability, location, and weather.
  • Not applicable to crime scenes, biohazards, or structural damage.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service if the situation is unsafe for staff.
7. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the site for unlawful purposes
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
  • Copy, scrape, or reuse our content without permission
8. Payments & Billing
  • All pricing is listed in EUR.
  • Payment is processed via secure third-party platforms.
  • We use PCI-DSS compliant providers and SSL encryption. No credit card information is stored by BCN.
  • By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your chosen payment method.
  • In case of failed payments, we will attempt 3 retries within 7 days. Services may be paused after continued failure.

9. Workforce Disclaimer & Liability
  • Bio Cleaning Netherlands reserves the right to engage employees, independent contractors, or freelance personnel to carry out services.
  • The method of engagement is at our discretion and in accordance with Dutch labor laws.
  • Our customers shall not be considered employers of any staff or freelancers engaged by us.
  • We retain full responsibility for vetting, training, and compensating personnel under contract.
  • This clause is intended to clarify that clients are not liable for labor-related disputes or obligations concerning the workforce deployed by BCN.
10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage
  • Misuse of cleaning products on sensitive materials
  • Delays due to weather, traffic, or force majeure
  • Losses caused by improper customer storage or access issues

Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid by you in the last 30 days.

11. Data & Privacy
  • We are GDPR-compliant.
  • We collect only necessary data for account creation, service delivery, and billing.
  • Your data is stored securely and never sold.

12. Intellectual Property
