1. Requests
A cleaning, Priority Plus or product request is a request for contact and not a final assignment. Bio Cleaning Netherlands checks availability, location details, work, planning and price before confirming a proposal.
2. Quotations and agreements
An assignment is created only after the client and Bio Cleaning Netherlands have accepted the proposal or agreement. The agreements in those documents take precedence over general information on the website.
3. Prices and availability
Displayed information and sample prices may change. Products, delivery and services depend on availability and are confirmed manually. Any VAT, delivery conditions and additional costs are stated in the proposal.
4. Client information
The client provides complete and correct information about the location, access, safety risks, requested work and contacts. Changes that affect performance must be reported on time.
5. Planning and cancellation
Planning, changes and cancellation are recorded in the quotation, service agreement or separate confirmation. For emergency requests, the response time is a best-efforts commitment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Complaints and remarks
Report a remark as soon as possible through the client portal, email or telephone. We assess the situation and discuss an appropriate solution. A portal ticket is not an automatic admission of liability.
7. Website and portal
Users may not share portal access with unauthorized persons. Documents and client data are intended solely for the relevant client and Bio Cleaning Netherlands.
8. Applicable law
Dutch law applies to website requests and agreements unless otherwise agreed in writing or mandatory law provides otherwise.
