A well-kept apartment building starts with the spaces residents share. Bio Cleaning Netherlands works with the owners’ association (VvE) board or property manager to define the cleaning needs and organise the service.
Start with the shared spaces
Define the work for each area. A busy entrance may need a different frequency from a lightly used corridor. Materials, soiling and the number of residents all matter.

Window cleaning, floor care and deep cleaning can be planned alongside routine maintenance. Access, safety and material characteristics determine the appropriate approach.
Match the service to the building
A building with several entrances, a lift and heavy foot traffic needs a different schedule from a small stairwell. Include the number of entrances, floors and lifts, plus the preferred frequency, in your request. Photos or an overview of the shared spaces help the discussion.

The board or property manager can submit a request. Before work starts, we agree who is authorised to approve the service and any changes.

Are windows and specialist floor care automatically included?
No. The agreed task list defines the service. Window cleaning and specialist maintenance can be included as separate tasks.
