This support is intended for healthcare practices and other premises receiving patients or clients. We discuss the type of premises, rooms and tasks you wish to outsource before agreeing which general cleaning work fits the assignment.
A clearly defined scope
The scope may cover waiting rooms, corridors, reception, staff areas and toilets. Medical devices, instruments, sterilisation, disinfection and clinical waste are not automatically included in general cleaning. Any additional tasks and protocols must be assessed and agreed separately.
Scheduling, access and privacy
