01 / Scope

What does office cleaning include?

We agree a task list for each room. Your office or facility manager and the cleaning team know what is included, what needs to remain accessible and which tasks recur periodically.

Workstations and desks

Cleaning accessible workstations and desks where agreed. We discuss how documents, equipment and personal belongings should be handled.

Meetings and reception

Meeting rooms, reception and shared areas: attention to tables, visible dirt and frequently touched surfaces.

Kitchens and washrooms

Kitchen and pantry surfaces, sinks and washrooms according to the agreed task list. Appliances and interiors are included only where agreed.

Waste, floors and glass

Collecting waste under your waste arrangements, cleaning hard floors and vacuuming carpets where relevant. Interior glass and specialist floor or carpet cleaning are agreed separately.

02 / Frequency

How often should an office be cleaned?

Actual use, rather than desk numbers alone, determines the work required. We consider staff numbers, hybrid occupancy, floor area, visitors, washrooms, kitchens and flooring. Busy touchpoints may need more attention than a rarely used meeting room.

Small, lightly occupied office

1–2 times a week

Moderately used office

2–3 times a week

Busy or highly occupied office

3–5 times a week or daily

Indicative examples, not fixed standards or promises. Following a site visit, we agree tasks and frequency for your office.

When can cleaning take place?

Before office hours

A clean start to the working day. We agree access, alarm arrangements and which rooms should be ready first.

After office hours

Suitable for tasks that benefit from empty rooms. Access and locking up form part of the arrangements.

Daytime cleaning

A visible contact on site, direct communication and attention to current cleaning needs. We plan around meetings and focused work.

A mixed schedule

For example, washrooms and kitchens during the day, with floors or specialist tasks at a quieter time. We discuss what is practical.

How do we maintain quality?

A cleaning plan stays useful when its requirements are clear and open to discussion. We agree checks and communication as well as tasks.

  1. Room-by-room requirements

A clear scope, priorities and access instructions guide the team.

  2. Recurring checks

We compare the work with the agreed quality requirements and discuss points needing attention.

  3. A known contact person

The team receives site instructions. You know who to contact with questions or changes.

  4. Adjustments when needed

Changes in occupancy or layout may call for different tasks or timing. We discuss adjustments with you.

Customers can request support through the client portal. Specific contact and follow-up arrangements are agreed as part of the service.

What does your office need?

Discuss your rooms, occupancy and preferred times. We turn your request into a practical scope and proposal.

A clean office is part of the workplace experience

Staff notice when kitchens are pleasant to use and washrooms stay well maintained. Visitors see the entrance and meeting rooms first. We therefore prioritise how your office is actually used. Cleaning supports the working day: walkways remain usable and noise or tasks are coordinated around meetings.

More than everyday office cleaning

Plan periodic work alongside regular maintenance. We discuss the surface, access and preferred frequency before agreeing the work.

Cleaning + supplies

Cleaning and washroom supplies in one service relationship

You can combine cleaning with paper towels, toilet paper and other washroom supplies. We discuss quantities, storage, stock checks and delivery separately, making it clear who orders and who replenishes.

What does office cleaning cost?

The price depends on floor area, frequency, occupancy, the cleaning programme and preferred times. Specialist work and supplies are itemised separately. A compact office with quiet working days needs a different level of service from a busy office with many visitors. We therefore prepare a site-specific proposal rather than a universal rate.
